California RV and
Recreational Vehicles By Lance
Winslow
If you travel in a
recreational vehicle you must go see Northern California.
First it makes sense to start at Grant Pass Oregon and travel
of the 199 Hwy through the redwood forest to Crescent city,
California. It is probably the very best and most scenic
drive in the entire United States if you like Forests, wildlife
and such. The redwood trees tower up 10 stories and they are as
wide as a truck is long. You have to see them to believe
it.
Next, you should drive Highway
101 through Eureka California and turn right on Highway 1 to
Fort Bragg and then continue all the way down until the road
catches back with Highway 101 and then cross the golden gate
bridge into San Francisco. If you travel in an RV you
must do this trip. After that you should drive to
Pacifica California and take Highway 1 through Big Sur and you
will not believe the view; wow, totally intense.
Eventually you'll come to San
Luis Obispo California and then you should take Highway 101
North again back up through the Bay Area stopping at each city
to look at all the museums and sites. There is so much to
see in Northern California you really need to plan a couple of
months if you wanna do it right.
Seeing Northern California by
recreational vehicle will be the experience of a lifetime and
until you do it no words in an article can do it justice.
Please consider this in 2006.
